Growing up, I had two older brothers. I was drawn to these little ones, because it reminded me of the three of us; a girl and her brothers. It also reminded me of my mom, (who is the reason I paint birds) and how much she adored watching the birds outside of her kitchen window.
 
Years ago, I can remember her calling me at work, screaming with JOY about the daily visitors outside. Thinking about it still makes me giggle today :)
